24 hours a day, seven days a week, the iSCALE system determines the material requirements at various locations in the industrial environment.

iSCALE does not require a gateway or local W-LAN. An integrated radio module transmits the digital signal to Würth Industrie Service via NB-IoT.

Effective industrial measurement technology: The smart scale is directly connected to the Kanban container and can be moved independently. Designed for all Würth Industrie Service containers manufactured in accordance with the VDA standard, designed for use in industrial environments.

Intelligent sensor technology in a robust housing manufactured for industrial environments enables safe, reliable use and highly accurate IoT level measurement.

The Kanban containers equipped with an IoT scale transmit the measured values directly to Würth Industrie Service’s ERP system.

iSCALE works without a local power supply. The integrated battery enables reliable use for up to five years.

iSCALEpal: the perfect complement to the complete, fully automated iSCALE system

The iSCALE IoT scale system is specially designed for the standard Kanban container sizes 3215, 4115 and 4315. The iSCALEpal pallet scale complements this range with all standard Euro pallets. Each Kanban container can be equipped with its own scale; alternatively, the pallet scale can be fitted with Kanban boxes. iSCALEpal then weighs the contents of the boxes placed on it and transmits them continuously to the system.
