Within the scope of IoT projects, we guarantee that the determined sensor data is transmitted reliably and validly via mobile communication – to the cloud or, if required, to the customers’ servers. For this, we use modern transmission technologies from 2G to 5G.
Workshop as a Basis for an Optimal Solution
Our problem-solving approach is easy to understand and at the same time absolutely effective: It starts with the simple question of what problem the customer wants to solve. In a workshop, we then jointly develop suitable IoT-based solution approaches. This workshop, adapted to the complexity of the project, leads step by step to the goal. Together, we develop a detailed structure and specifically identify the guidelines of the planned IoT project. In this way, the customer and we gain insights that lead to the desired new business case. Because with our decades of experience, one thing is clear to us: every customer is different, every IoT project is different. That’s why we don’t deliver an off-the-shelf solution, but an individual potential analysis tailored to the customer and project needs.
Reliable Connectivity
For mobile communication, we distinguish between two fundamental features: battery/accumulator-powered or continuous power operation, through which we can also establish a constant online connection.
The advantage of the battery-powered solution is its cyclical use as needed or when triggered by the deployed sensor technology – meaning: the data volume is optimized as much as possible with this solution. In the spirit of “Green I(o)T”, we pay great attention to the sustainable use of all capacities: the transmission of data volumes is always optimized, and the repetition cycles are also application-optimized.
If required, we integrate the possibility of a return channel into our solutions for ideal mobile communication: this allows interactive features to be realized within an IoT project.

Comprehensive In-house Know-how – The Best Solution from a Single Source
Our hardware engineers use state-of-the-art 3D CAD systems for design and plastic construction, CAD circuit design, and prototyping. Our software engineers work with the most modern tools depending on the project and also draw on very specialized know-how, for example, for customer-specific Android applications such as Android terminals.
In doing so, we view our approach to the development of electronics and reliable connectivity within an IoT project comprehensively: We develop the complete solution package in-house – hardware and software with suitable firmware and middleware. The know-how ranges from circuit diagram layout and prototype construction to component procurement within the subsequent series production. Depending on the project size, we also draw on capacities for large-scale series production. For all projects, the following applies: We accompany the progress until the desired device is finished and, most importantly, runs stably in the field.
Because that is precisely where our strength lies: in the individual solution, adapted to each individual IoT project. Hardware and software can be designed simply, but in conjunction with edge computing, they can also be highly complex and intelligent. Important in every approach: We manage the mobile communication transmission ourselves, and we can also draw on our own patented processes. In this way, we guarantee optimal data transmission from the hardware via the middleware to the cloud, the server application, or the customers’ own systems.
