What Deutsche Telekom and its partners had organized for two days was impressive: during “Digital X 2021,” the entire city center of Cologne transformed into a vibrant world exhibition of digitalization – agile, innovative, and above all: finally live, lively, and in direct contact with a large number of interested guests once again.
Partners, stages, networking areas, and innovations were distributed across different quarters, creating diverse DIGITAL X Experience Rooms, authentically integrated into the setting of each location. Additionally, 250 national and international top speakers presented their respective digitalization visions on a total of five stages. Among others, our CEO Sven Ehrmann, together with Heiko Ehrmann, Digital Business Development & Innovation at Würth Industrie, gave an inspiring keynote speech on “NB-IoT Customer Solutions in Industry using the example of the Würth IoT weighing scale iSCALE.”
This was accompanied by a varied evening program, entertainment, and above all – a lot of valuable networking. HK.SYSTEMS was right in the middle of it with Würth Industrie, live, with a great, motivated team and a large number of interested guests. In our Brandhouse on Aachener Straße, we showed how we can sustainably digitalize business: with innovative Narrowband IoT solutions and services that prepare our customers for digital Industry 4.0!
Our Digital X Use Case was the innovative IoT weighing system “iSCALE” for KanBan boxes, developed jointly with Würth Industrie Service GmbH & Co. KG: iSCALE automatically determines material requirements and independently triggers reorders. A true “advantage through IoT” for global warehousing and logistics!
